It's almost fall...

I love the time of year we're approaching.  I've been a Halloween freak since I was little--my mom had to set rules about when I was allowed to put out decorations or else I'd have them up in the middle of August.  I had a Halloween party instead of a birthday party every year.  I spent months planning and executing the perfect costume.  Nothing makes me happier than when the calendar page turns to October.  So beginning September 1st, I'm going to attempt to do a "Halloween Countdown" style blog, blogging every day, or at least every weekday, about cool fall-y or Halloween-y things until the holiday itself.  And I'll probably continue to occasionally post throughout the year, because I can't put away my love for Halloween on November 1st.
